Biopolymer Processing, Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) Processing, Food Processing, High Pressure Processing (HPP), Conventi onal Food Processing, Aseptic Food Packaging, Hazard Analysis
and Critical Control Point (HACCP, Engineering Aspects).
The goal of our research is to develop innovative food technologies to increase microbial safety and shelf life of foods and add v alues t o agricultural and aquacultural
wastes. Information obtained from our research will provide commercial opportunity of the technologies to improve existing food products and develop new food products.
